HOLIDAYS AND VACATION TIME. Executive shall be entitled to sick leave as is consistent with the Company's policy for executive employees with respect to such matters as of the date hereof. Executive is entitled to as many weeks of paid vacation time as Executive deems appropriate, provided that such vacation time does not interfere with Executive's duties to the Company. Moreover, if this Agreement is terminated for any reason other than Cause, death or Permanent Disability, Executive shall be entitled to three weeks of vacation pay.
