HOLIDAYS DURING APPROVED VACATION. When any of the above holidays falls within an eligible employee's approved vacation period and the employee is absent from work during his regularly scheduled work week because of such vacation, the employee shall be paid for such holiday in addition to vacation pay and shall have such day off.
