Common use of Holidays During General Leave Clause in Contracts

Holidays During General Leave. When a day designated and observed by the City as a holiday occurs on a day on which an employee is taking general leave, such employee shall not be charged as using general leave for that day. The employee's compensation for that day shall be holiday pay.
