City Closure Days/Special Paid Time Off. For calendar year 2014, the City is closing non-essential operations during Winter Break on December 26, 29, and 30, 2014. For calendar year 2015, the City is considering the closure of non-essential operations during the Winter Break on December 28, 29, and 30, 2015. For calendar year 2017, the City is considering the closure of non-essential operations during the Winter Break on December 26, 27, and 28. Police Department operations are considered essential operations and will not close during the Winter Break. Therefore, all Unit members shall receive a bank of three days (24 hours) of Special Paid Time Off in the 2014, 2015, and 2017 calendar years, effective the pay periods beginning October 10, 2014, October 9, 2015, and October 8, 2017. The number of hours of Paid Time Off shall be pro-rated for part-time Unit employees. Any banked Special Paid Time Off from 2014 must be used no later than September 30, 2015. Any banked Special Paid Time Off not used as of October 1, 2015 shall be forfeited. Any banked Special Paid Time Off from 2015 must be used no later than September 30, 2016. Any Special Paid Time Off not used as of October 1, 2016 shall be forfeited. Any banked Special Paid Time Off from 2017 must be used no later than September 23, 2018. Any Special Paid Time Off not used as of September 24, 2018 shall be forfeited. To gain approval to use banked Special Paid Time Off employees shall use the same procedures as noted in Article V. – V.1. of the General Leave Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “2”. A newly hired employee’s Special Paid Time Off will be prorated based upon the employee’s hire date. An employee whose employment with the City terminates shall not receive compensation for any unused Paid Time Off upon separation with the City. The City reserves the exclusive right to eliminate, modify, or continue this section in its entirety effective for calendar year 2016. In the event the City determines to continue the City Closure Days/Special Paid Time Off, the City shall administer the City Closure Days/Special Paid Time Off in accordance with this section or with similar provisions in other Memorandum of Understandings in effect at the time of the decision.

City Closure Days/Special Paid Time Off. During the term of this Agreement, the City is considering the closure of non-essential operations for three days during the Winter Break in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and/or 2023. Calendar Year Closure Days 2019 December 26, 27, and 30 2020 December 28, 29, and 30 2021 December 28, 29, and 30 2022 December 27, 28, and 29 2023 December 26, 27, and 28 The City will make every effort to notify the WCEA no later than September 15th of each year of the Agreement as to whether the City will be open or closed for the three days during that year’s Winter Break. The WCEA agrees that the City has the unilateral right to decide whether to close for Winter Break(s). If the City decides to close during the Winter Break, the City will provide three days (24 hours) of Paid Time Off to each full-time Unit employee. The number of hours of Paid Time Off shall be pro-rated for part-time Unit employees. If the City needs certain employees to work during the Winter Break closure(s), those employees shall receive compensation of straight time pay for the first eight (8) hours of work (or the number of hours in that employee’s regularly scheduled day if different than eight (8) hours), and in addition, time and one-half (1½) pay or compensatory time for each hour worked up to eight

City Closure Days/Special Paid Time Off. Effective the pay periods beginning October 14, 2011, October 12, 2012, and October 11, 2013, all eligible part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week on a continuous basis shall receive a bank of 12 hours of Special Paid Time Off each year subject to the provisions set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Date/Time Warranty Contractor warrants that Product(s) furnished pursuant to this Contract shall, when used in accordance with the Product documentation, be able to accurately process date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) transitions, including leap year calculations. Where a Contractor proposes or an acquisition requires that specific Products must perform as a package or system, this warranty shall apply to the Products as a system. Where Contractor is providing ongoing services, including but not limited to: i) consulting, integration, code or data conversion, ii) maintenance or support services, iii) data entry or processing, or iv) contract administration services (e.g., billing, invoicing, claim processing), Contractor warrants that services shall be provided in an accurate and timely manner without interruption, failure or error due to the inaccuracy of Contractor’s business operations in processing date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) various date/time transitions, including leap year calculations. Contractor shall be responsible for damages resulting from any delays, errors or untimely performance resulting therefrom, including but not limited to the failure or untimely performance of such services. This Date/Time Warranty shall survive beyond termination or expiration of this contract through: a) ninety (90) days or b) the Contractor’s or Product manufacturer/developer’s stated date/time warranty term, whichever is longer. Nothing in this warranty statement shall be construed to limit any rights or remedies otherwise available under this Contract for breach of warranty.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.
