HOLIDAYS FALLING ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. (a) Saturday or Sunday When any paid holiday (as per section 16.01) falls on a Saturday, the following Monday shall be observed. When any paid holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies to the Monday) shall be observed.
