Common use of HOME EDUCATION Clause in Contracts

HOME EDUCATION. 29.1 Educational services that may be required for home education students (as defined in the School Act and Regulations) shall be provided by a member of the Association, Principal/Vice-Principal or other appropriate employee of the Board.
