Exploitation (i) Exploitation of intellectual property may take the form of patenting by the originator singly or in combination with other agencies.
CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.
TRAFFIC RIGHTS (1) Each Contracting Party grants to the other Contracting Party the following rights in respect of its scheduled international air services:
Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.
Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
Ancillary Rights 3.1 The Landlord grants the Tenant the following rights (the Rights):
Music You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.
Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.
Marketing Rights Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries have granted rights to license, market, or sell its products or services to any other Person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company’s (or any Subsidiary’s) exclusive right to develop, distribute, market or sell its products or services.
University Rights 4.2.1 The Association acknowledges that the University possesses and may exercise all powers conferred upon it under the Act, subject to the express provisions of this Agreement. In the implementation of the provisions of this Agreement, the University shall act fairly, equitably, and ethically in its actions affecting Members.
