Homeowner Maintenance Manual. Purchaser acknowledges that he or she shall receive a homeowner maintenance manual from Seller at Closing and that he or she is responsible for maintaining the Unit and personal property contained therein, including without limitation, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwasher, ovens and other appliances, in accordance with said maintenance manual. Purchaser further acknowledges that he or she shall turn over the homeowner maintenance manual to any future purchaser of the Unit.

Homeowner Maintenance Manual. Purchaser acknowledges that he or she shall receive a homeowner maintenance manual from Seller at Closing and that he or she is responsible for maintaining the Unit and personal property contained therein, including without limitation, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwasher, ovens and other appliances, in accordance with said maintenance manual. Purchaser further acknowledges that he or she shall turn over the homeowner maintenance manual to any future purchaser of the Unit. For clarity, Purchaser may delegate certain of the foregoing maintenance responsibilities to the Hotel Owner pursuant to a Property Management Agreement between Purchaser and the Hotel Owner as more fully described in the Property Management Agreement.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Site Maintenance 11.1 Contractor shall not perform waste or damage the site.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof.   • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.
