Honorarios. Es la intención de los Abogados de la Clase solicitar la aprobación de honorarios en una cantidad que no exceda $9 millones. GMAC no se opondrá a dicha solicitud y pagará todos los honorarios que apruebe el tribunal en un monto que no exceda $9 millones dentro de un plazo de 30 xxxx posterior a la Fecha de Efectividad. Siempre que no se efectúe ninguna modificación al Acuerdo de Resolución o las Pruebas, GMAC tampoco apelará la aprobación de honorarios que no excedan $9 millones.

Honorarios. En contraprestación y sujeto al pleno cumplimiento de las obligaciones de SOTI que se describen en el presente documento y en una Orden, el Cliente xxxxxx abonar a SOTI los honorarios establecidos en el presupuesto proporcionado por SOTI ("Precio presupuestado") o en cualquier Declaración de trabajo pertinente. Cualquier y todos los servicios profesionales prepagados relacionados con al presente Acuerdo deberán ser utilizados por el Cliente en un plazo de doce (12) meses de la fecha de la factura. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en las secciones 8 y 12, al final del plazo de doce (12) meses, cualquier remanente de los servicios prepagados vencerá y no se proporcionará ningún reembolso para el resto de los servicios prepagados.
Honorarios. FHI 360 remunerará al Consultor por la prestación de los Servicios, de acuerdo con el o los honorarios convenidos establecidos en el Contrato. Durante la realización del trabajo, el Consultor tendrá derecho a recibir pagos contra los honorarios establecidos, ya sea i) por hora o por día, donde “día” se define como un periodo de trabajo equivalente a 8 horas, con más o menos de 8 horas pagadas de manera proporcional, por el trabajo realizado hasta una cantidad máxima xx xxxx establecida en el Contrato, o ii) por un honorario fijo para la finalización y entrega de actividades y entregables específicos. La remuneración por el tiempo de viaje se calculará a la tarifa por hora, pero dicha remuneración no excederá el monto pagadero por un día de ocho (8) horas por cada día mientras se encuentre en estado de viaje.

  • Honorarium An ASF Member who performs an assigned special project for the university and/or Minnesota State may be awarded an honorarium at the President's or Chancellor's discretion. For purposes of this provision, the special project must normally be outside the scope of the ASF Member's responsibilities. Additionally, at the President’s discretion, an ASF Member who, after the effective date of this agreement and while employed in a position covered by this agreement, obtains a terminal degree from an accredited institution in an academic field related to the ASF Member’s position may be awarded an honorarium. Total honoraria for any individual ASF Member shall not exceed four thousand dollars ($4,000) per fiscal year.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.

  • Team Leaders 4.3.1 Team Leaders will be paid on the teachers’ scale according to their qualifications and length of service and in addition will be paid management units for responsibility.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

  • MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.
