Hospital Health & Safety Sub-Committee. There shall also be a member selected or elected by the Union to participate on the Hospital Health and Safety Sub-Committee. Such sub-committee is responsible for reviewing all safety incidents and safety concerns, annual planning and evaluation. This Sub-Committee makes recommendations for corrective action and improvements.
