Hospital Jurisdictional Unit. (i) In the event there is a requirement to identify a supernumerary employee as a result of the Employer identifying redundant positions or in the event that the Employer foresees that a layoff will occur for any reason, the supernumerary employee shall be the employee with the least classification seniority within the affected classification within the seniority block.
