Hospital Policy. Leaves of absence shall be granted in accordance with the law and the Hospital’s then current policy on leaves of absence Policy #500.401. For all Articles of this Agreement that reference LHS Policy, the Union shall be provided notice and the opportunity to negotiate over any material changes to any such LHS Policy during the term of this Agreement.

Hospital Policy. You agree to conform to and comply with all of the Provider’s policies and procedures, including those relating to safety, patient care and non-discrimination. The Provider will supply you with identification, which You shall wear at all times during the Observational Learning (Job Shadow) Program.

  • Renewal Policy Your account will automatically renew at maturity. You will have a grace period of seven (7) calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw the funds in the account without being charged an early withdrawal penalty. During this grace period you may make additional deposits.

  • General Policy Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.
