Common use of Hospital Staffing Plan Clause in Contracts

Hospital Staffing Plan. The Hospital will comply with the provisions of ORS 441.162 regarding a written staffing plan for nursing services to be developed, monitored, evaluated and modified by a hospital staffing plan committee.
