Hosting and Processing. Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Xxxxxx, Customer Property may be hosted by Xxxxxx or its Affiliates, or their respective authorized third-party service providers, in the United States, the European Economic Area (“EEA”), or the United Kingdom.

The Services offered by Sharework are hosted on Google's servers (via its Google Cloud offer) located in the European Union.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Services will rely on the use of the US authorized third-party service provider Okta Inc., provider of the service Auth0 necessary for the single sign-on (SSO) login necessary for the Customer and the Authorized Users to log in unto the Services and other service with one set of credentials. Okta Inc. will retain the relevant Customer Data necessary for the use of Auth0 in the US. Customer acknowledges and agrees to the integration of Auth0 in the Services.
Hosting and Processing. The Client’s content and data may be transferred to, disclosed, used, processed, stored or hosted by the Owner, or the Owner’s authorized third-party service providers, in Malaysia or other locations around the world. In providing the Services, the Client expressly agrees and authorizes the Owner to engage entities within the Owner or other authorized third party service providers to store, host, use or to process the Client’s content and data, whether personal or otherwise, within Malaysia or in other countries and territories. The Client hereby grants permission and non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty free license to the Owner or the Owner’s authorized third party service providers to host, store, reproduce, distribute, communicate, use or process the Client’s content and data, to modify and create derivative works based on the Client’s content and data and to publish, publicly perform or display the Client’s content and data if the Client has made the same visible to the others.
