Hour Shift Schedule. The parties agree to implement a Pilot Project on an 11.5 hour shift schedule as outlined below. During the period of the pilot project and its implementation, no member will have their normal shift schedule changed to an eight-hour shift schedule without prior consultation with the Association and the members affected.
