Hourly Billing. Contractor shall xxxx Tontitown on an hourly basis for work performed outside of the scope of this Agreement. Such hourly work must receive the prior approval of the Mayor of Tontitown or his designee. Contractor’s hourly rate sheet is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
Hourly Billing. The costs of Services determined by the Hourly Billing method shall be equal to an Essef Entity employee's annual compensation, including bonuses, divided by 2080, multiplied by the aggregate number of hours the Essef Entity employee is engaged in providing Services to A&S, plus an additional 30% of such amount. All Essef Entities shall cause each of their employees who provides any of the Services to keep written records of the hours engaged in providing Services to A&S.
Hourly Billing. The Contractor shall bill at the hourly rate submitted in the BID TABLE. Overtime shall be billed at the rate as indicated in the Hourly Operational Guidelines above.
Hourly Billing. All services authorized by the Board and the Association shall be billed to and paid by the Board and the Association on a monthly basis following receipt of a detailed invoice of services rendered at the rate of $175/hour for attorneys and $95/hour for paraprofessionals. Invoices shall specify time in increments of 1/10 of an hour.
