Hours Additional Information. TANF and SNA MOE 10 20 Clients report job search outcomes weekly on a job search log sheet. The 10 job contacts are on line employment applications submitted through JobZone with confirmation of the submittal or in person employment applications submitted directly to the employer. The remaining 20 hours of job search can be done on line or in person. Individuals are supervised on a ongoing basis no less frequently than daily. Employment workers meet with individuals on a ongoing basis no less frequently than weekly. Case management services provided include conducting an employment assessment, developing a personalized employment plan, ongoing monitoring of job search progress, referrals to Rockland Works Career Center, discussing job search strategies and interview tips and addressing any identified barriers to employment. Hours Additional Information. TANF and SNA MOE 5 5 Job Search contacts are recorded on a job search log. Non-exempt applicants are assigned to job search at the time of the employment assessment. Applicants are scheduled to attend their first Job Search appointment within 2 weeks of the Employment Assessment and scheduled to attend appointments at a minimum of every 30 days. Case management by Employment Specialists is available on a daily basis to ensure continued assistance with job search and supportive services. Applicants are also assigned to district offered job readiness trainings as appropriate such as Interviewing Skills, Resume Writing/Typing, Intro to Computers, Internet Job Search, Career Exploration, and Keys to Success. Individuals declaring work limitations are assigned following the receipt of medical documentation and determined work limited.

It is then emailed to Employment Counselors and OTDA Jobs Specialist. TA examiners will give non-exempt applicants a letter with a job search log that instructs them to submit the log within 10 days to Jobs Specialist. The OTDA Jobs Specialist will inform ECs of compliance status. Jobs Specialist will continue Job Search activity with compliant participants for 4 weeks or based on need. EC will follow up on noncompliant clients to refer for denial or conciliation if no other documentation is submitted.

Hours Additional Information. SNA Individuals 10 20 TA/SNAP recipients are assigned to job search in addition to the core work activity. Contracted job search providers meet weekly with job search participants for case management to discuss progress with the clients, assist with referrals and guidance and to review reasonableness and completeness of the job search attestation log. Recipients in a full-time job search are expected to spend 30 hours per week working on job search activities including: looking for job openings, sending out resumes, filling out applications, going on interviews, etc. Recipients enrolled in Job Search are expected to make 10 (SN) 10 (TANF) job search contacts per week of which an appropriate amount of on-line applications will be accepted. TA/SNAP recipients are assigned to self-attested job search during times that their regular assigned work experience or training program is closed for days that are not counted as holidays. The minimum required number of hours per week is 30 and the number of contacts may vary depending upon the time the clients attest that they have actually spent on each individual job search contact on their log.
