Common use of HOURS AND CALENDAR Clause in Contracts

HOURS AND CALENDAR. 15.1 The Calendar Committee appointed by the Superintendent shall develop a district school calendar to be recommended to the Superintendent. Two members of this committee will be appointed by the W CS P President and two members by the Superintendent. The Board shall also appoint one (1) of its members to serve on the committee. Before April 1 of each year, this committee shall meet and confer to recommend a tentative school calendar to the Superintendent and the Board.
