Hours of Work and Overtime for Neighborhood Patrol Division Assignments. 1. The work schedule for employees in the Neighborhood Patrol Division assigned to patrol duties shall be four (4) or five (5) days of work depending on the rotation of the schedule in a calendar workweek (Sunday to Saturday) at 8.50 hours (8 hours and 30 minutes) per day. All time worked in excess of 8 hours and 30 minutes per day shall be compensated at overtime rates.
