HOURS OF WORK FOR NON-SAFETY POSITIONS. Unless otherwise set forth in subsection 6.F. (Alternate Biweekly Work Schedules), hours of work in the normal workday shall be eight (8) hours. For full-time employees, the normal workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours. For services-as-needed employees, the workweek is scheduled on an as-needed basis as determined by the Fire Chief, with the workweek base being forty (40) hours.
