Notice shall be given to ensure adequate opportunity for the Association to request that the parties meet-and-confer regarding the impact or the effects of the Department’s decision following the implementation of the change. If the Association requests to meet-and-confer on the impacts, then the parties agree to meet to resolve the matter no later than 30 calendar days from the Association’s initial request or no later than a period of time that is mutually decided. The Department, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to modify the work schedules.
