hours per week. Employees who work less than twenty (20) hours per week shall be entitled to the same number of days of Funeral Leave as employees who work twenty (20) or more hours per week, however pay for such days shall be pro-rated based on the number of hours normally worked on the day(s) in question. Employees covered by this Agreement shall not be required to take funeral leave immediately after the death of any person included in paragraphs 1 or 2 above, but may request such leave to be granted at a time which corresponds with the funeral or related services. Employees shall be required to take Funeral Leave on consecutive workdays.
