Hours Worked in Excess of Eight (8) - The Company will pay an employee one and one- half (1 1/2) times their regular straight time hourly rate for all hours they are required to work over eight (8) hours per day. The company will pay a weekend shift worker two (2) times the regular straight time hourly rate for all overtime, subject to the terms of 16:12 below.
