Household Battery and Cell Phone Collection. 690 a. Multi-Family Residential Complexes with individual Recycling Carts for 691 each dwelling unit. Contractor shall Collect Household Batteries and 692 Cell Phones placed on top of the Recyclable Materials Cart in 693 Contractor-provided or Customer-provided clear zip-close or tie-close 694 plastic bags clearly marked “Used Batteries and Cell Phones.” 695 Customers will be notified to place all Household Batteries in a clear 696 zip-close plastic bag; tape the contacts of button cell batteries; and 697 wrap cell phones in paper (for protection) prior to placing in the plastic 698 bag. While Customers will be encouraged to follow the participation 699 parameters, Contractor shall be required to Collect the Household 700 Batteries and Cell Phones if Customers do not follow these 701 instructions. 702 b. Multi-Family Residential Complexes with sharedIndividual, Shared, or 703 centrally Centrally-stored Recycling Carts or Bins.
