Centralized Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow each 474 Commercial Premises to use Carts or Bins for Solid Waste Collection 475 that are shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent 476 Commercial Premises. In such case, Contractor shall provide one or 477 more Carts or Bins as requested by the Customer(s) provided that no 478 less than ninety-six (96) gallons of Container capacity is provided for 479 every four (4) Commercial Premises.

Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent Agency Facilities. In such case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such Premises as requested by Agency.

Contractor shall allow each 537 Agency Facility to use Carts or Bins for Solid Waste Collection that are 538 shared by the Occupants of two or more adjacent Agency Facilities. 539 In such case, Contractor shall provide one or more Carts or Bins as 540 requested by the Agency provided that no less than ninety-six (96) 541 gallons of Container capacity is provided for every four (4) Agency 542 Facilities. Contractor shall provide Agency with a choice of one (1) or 543 more Carts or Bins as specified in Attachment D for each Agency 544 Facility.

Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers 456 to use Carts or Bin for Recyclable Materials Collection that are shared by the 457 Occupants of two or more Commercial Premises. In such case, Contractor shall 458 provide one or more Carts or Bins to such Premises as requested by 459 Customer(s).

Centralized Cart or Bin Service. CONTRACTOR shall 953 allow for Commercial Premises to use Cart(s) or Bin(s) for Organic Materials Collection, which 954 are shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more Commercial Premises. In such case, 955 CONTRACTOR shall provide one or more Carts or Bins to such Premises as requested by 956 Customer(s) provided that no less than 96 gallons (or similar volume) of Container capacity for 957 Organic Materials is provided for every four Commercial Premises. 958
Centralized Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Premises to use Cart(s) or Bin(s) for Organic Materials Collection, which are shared by the Occupants of two or more Commercial Premises or a mixed-use development that includes Multi-Family and Commercial Premises. In such case, Contractor shall provide one or more Carts or Bins to such Premises as requested by Customer(s). Contractor shall provide each Customer with a choice of one or more 35-, 64- or 96- gallon Carts or one or more Bins with capacity ranging from 1 to 3 cubic yards (or similar sizes). Compensation to the Contractor for provision of this service is described in Article 11. Special Service pickups may be requested by Customers at an additional cost which shall be billed by the Contractor, pursuant to Section 7.2. Contractor shall not refuse to provide Organics Collection service to any individual Commercial Customer, provided Customer is no more than forty-five (45) days past due on its bills. With prior City approval, Contractor may temporarily discontinue Organics Collection service to an individual Customer for repeated Contamination of Organic Materials pursuant to Section 5.6.1.
