Housing and Automobile Allowance. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive (i) a monthly housing allowance, on an after-tax basis, equal to $5,000, per month and (ii) an automobile allowance of $600 per month as may be adjusted upward by the Board.

Housing and Automobile Allowance. For up to the first year of the Term, the Company will provide you with transition housing in the Dulles, Virginia metropolitan area and a monthly automobile allowance of $2,000 in compliance with the Company’s current practices and policies.

The Executive’s housing allowance will cease upon the completion of the Executive’s relocation to Atlanta, Georgia.
Housing and Automobile Allowance. Paragraph 3(d) of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following (with all capitalized terms having the meaning originally ascribed thereto in the Agreement):
Housing and Automobile Allowance. During the term of Executive’s employment and until fifteen (15) months from the effective date of this agreement, the Company shall pay for or reimburse Executive in accordance with the Company’s written expense reimbursement policies and procedures for reasonable housing and automobile expenses in the San Francisco Bay area or Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex per month.”
Housing and Automobile Allowance. During the term of Executive's employment and in coordination of the Headquarters Relocation the Company will provide a maximum of six (6) months temporary housing and automobile allowance from the commencement of Executive’s relocation.
