Common use of Housing Benefits Funding Clause in Contracts

Housing Benefits Funding. Subject to this Article 5, for the duration of the Affordability Period, the City will provide Housing Benefits for the number of Units specified in Schedule C and the Proponent agrees to make available the number of Units specified in Schedule C as Housing Benefit Units.
