HOUSING POLICIES. 8.1 To retain eligibility for on-campus housing and to participate in housing processes, students must meet University deadlines including submitting a housing application. Students who have non-degree or non-credit status are automatically placed on the waiting list for housing if they submit a housing application. 8.2 Housing selection times are non-transferable. Continuing students who are eligible to participate in the 2024-2025 Online Housing Selection Process cannot transfer/sell their eligibility to any other student. 8.3 All incoming first time, first year students are required to live on-campus. First time, first year students admitted for the Fall 2024 semester are required to live on-campus for the full 2024-2025 academic year. First time, first year students admitted for the Spring 2025 semester are required to live on-campus for the Spring 2025 semester. Students may file an exemption request per the Residency Requirement. Any student who is not approved for an exemption to this policy will be billed accordingly for on campus housing.
