Break Housing Sample Clauses

Break Housing. This Agreement period does not include the Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break periods (see the University academic calendar for exact dates). Students with permanent addresses three (3) or more hours away from campus may apply for Thanksgiving and Spring Break housing. Approved students may have to relocate to a designated building and pay additional fees to remain on campus during the break period. Housing is not available during the Winter Break.
Break Housing x. Xxxxxxx University offers housing during university break periods, including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break and Spring Break, for students residing in designated break housing. All other halls are closed during university break periods. The Office of Housing and Residential Life does not guarantee space will be available for all students who require housing during break periods.
Break Housing. In the interest of security, staffing, and energy conservation, residential facilities except for Hospital Hill Apartments, UMKC Homes Xxxxxxxx Apartments, and JP2 Commons may close during fall, winter, and spring breaks. There is not food service available during breaks. Failure to vacate the facility by the designated closing time will result in a monetary charge.
Break HousingCurrent residents may be permitted to live in their units during break. Students in the Residence Halls who specify that they desire housing for any part of the break period(s) will be charged a Break Housing Fee designed to cover the costs of facility operation during the break period.
Break Housing. If I choose to stay on campus during the breaks between semesters, I agree to pay for break housing ($165.00 per week). All residents staying on campus between semesters will be required to pay for break housing and sign up for break housing via the housing portal. Break housing will only be offered to eligible qualifying students.

Break Housing. (A) Pace University Housing is closed during the following break periods, and housing at these times is not included in this agreement, nor is it covered by the housing fees identified above: 1. between the Fall and Spring semesters (“Winter Break”), 2. between the Spring and Summer sessions; and 3. between the Summer and Fall sessions (B) Pace University students in need of Winter Break Housing must submit a separate application for housing during that period. Students wishing to remain in on-campus housing during the winter break must: 1. Complete the Winter Housing Agreement. 2. Satisfy one or more of the following criteria: distance from home, job or internship that requires such student’s presence in Pace University housing during Winter Break, Winter Break Pace class, financial hardship, or other approved circumstance. 3. Pay in advance for Winter Break housing (the fee for Winter Break Housing will be a flat fee of $1000, applied as a charge to the student’s account, regardless of the residence hall to which a student is assigned for the Winter Break period). (C) Pace students who have not applied for and been granted winter break housing are not permitted in the residence halls (regardless of building) during Winter Break, except as expressly permitted by the Director of Residential Life and Housing for their campus. (D) The Winter Break housing process may require students to be relocated as deemed appropriate by the Director for Residential Life and Housing. Students on the New York City campus will be able to reside in one of the following locations: 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 55 Xxxx Street, and 000 Xxxxxxxx. Students on the Pleasantville campus will be able to reside in one of the following locations: Alumni Hall, Xxxxxx Xxxx, and the Townhouses. Those students who are not assigned to these buildings during the fall or spring semesters will be relocated to those buildings for Winter Housing. (E) The University reserves in its sole and exclusive discretion the right to exclude from University Housing any person whom in the University’s judgment has violated applicable University policies, including, but not limited to, the University Code of Conduct and security policies, or who is determined to be a potential danger to themselves or to the Pace University community.
Break Housing a) Residential students are granted on-campus housing during Fall and Easter break. This license does not include housing during Thanksgiving break, Winter break, J term, Spring break and May (Summer Session 1) term. Students requesting to stay during these times must provide a written request for Break Housing to the Office of Residence Life and Housing and may be subject to additional fees.
Break HousingResidence Halls are closed during winter break, during which your Unit and the Common Areas may be unavailable, and University services may be reduced or discontinued. You may request authorization to access and use your Unit and the Common Areas during breaks by submitting a written request. Break housing requests are in the University’s discretion. The University may assess additional daily room fees for break housing.
Break Housing. Laker Hall may close between fall and spring semesters. University Housing offers limited break housing. Residents requiring Break Housing must apply before December 1, at the University Housing Office. i. Residents approved for Break Housing will be required to move to the temporary accommodations. ii. Laker Village will remain open during semester/holiday breaks including Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break, however, the Resident may be required to indicate in advance if he/she will be staying in the facility during break periods. iii. Most on-campus services (such as Dining Services, Health Services, etc.) and facilities are closed during holiday/semester breaks.
