How Computed. 1. Each full-time Agency employee shall be entitled to sick leave which shall accrue on the basis of 0.0462 hours for each paid, regularly scheduled working hour of full- time employment. Part-time regular employees shall be entitled to sick leave which shall accrue in the same proportion to one (1) day for each full month continuous service that their work time bears to the normal work day for a full-time employee.
