Human Resources Requirements. 1. The Partner shall ensure that its employees and contractors (i) are aware of Information Security threats and concerns, (ii) understand and fulfill their responsibilities in the context of Information Security, including the obligation to keep confidential information in confidence during and after their employment, and (iii) are suitable for the roles for which they were assigned to, 2. Partner shall perform appropriate background checks to verify the reliability of its personnel considering Information Security relevant aspects, based on the risk profile of the position, for example, by inspection of employee’s police clearance certificates. All employment agreements for Partner’s personnel shall be made in writing and include strict confidentiality obligations during and after the employment. Partner shall ensure, that its personnel is adequately trained regarding Information Security and security awareness.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards.
