Human Resources Training. 178. The City agrees that the competent performance of supervisory duties is of the utmost importance and a benefit to all parties. Accordingly, the City will arrange for bargaining unit employees to receive applicable training regarding the City’s human resource policies and procedures, applicable collective bargaining agreements, equal employment policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management to enhance said employees’ supervisory skill base.
