Human Rights and Dignity No Discrimination. 16.01 The Union, the Employer, and the employees agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, harassment, intimidation or any disciplinary action exercised or practiced with respect to any employee by reason of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, family status, disability, language, political affiliation, conviction for which a pardon been granted, or any other grounds proscribed by applicable legislation, by reason of membership or activity in the Union, nor by exercising their rights under this Agreement.
