I1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Subject to the provisions of clause I2, the Client and the Contractor accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and agree that the Contract and all non-contractual obligations and other matters arising from or connected with it are to be governed and construed according to English Law.

I1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. I1.1 Subject to the provisions of clause I2 (Dispute Resolution), the Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. The submission to such jurisdiction shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Authority to take proceedings against the Contractor in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction whether concurrently or not.
