IDEA - INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL EPIGRAPHY ASSOCIATION. In light of what was said in the previous chapter, the most fluid, lean, and efficient way to preserve EAGLE’s legacy (as agreed upon by the partners and suggested by winning strategies of other projects in the sector) is to establish an entity that is capable of carrying forward the work established by the former partners. To this end, the IDEA association will be established on May 9, 2016 and its first General Assembly will take place in Pisa on September 2016. President and Vice-president will be elected during the General Assembly, together with the nomination of the members of the Steering Committee and of the Executive Council. The goal of the association is the promotion of the use of advanced methodologies in the research, study, enhancement, and publication of “written monuments”, beginning with those of antiquity, in order to increase knowledge of them at multiple levels of expertise, from that of specialists to that of the occasional tourist. In order to reach its statutory goals, the association promotes, organizes, and manages conventions, conferences, exhibits (including virtual exhibits), prizes, and training courses (including online courses); it conducts editorial activities; it promotes and supports the maintenance and efficiency of the portal created by the European project EAGLE (European network of Ancient Greek and Latin Epigraphy); it participates in and promotes the participation of its members in projects and initiatives, including in collaboration with third parties; it promotes initiatives in the interest of its members; it performs and encourages studies and research; it collects data and news of interest to the activity of its members; it carries out consultations in favor of its members; it more generally carries out all activities useful for the achievement of the goals that the association proposes. Furthermore, scope of the association is to expand and enlarge the results of EAGLE providing a sustainability model to ensure the long-term maintenance of the project results and to continue to cope with its original aims. The IDEA association will be established as a non-profit association with a democratic structure, political independence, and unlimited duration. IDEA allows membership to both natural and legal persons, public or private bodies, companies, and associations. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
