Identification and Password. Prior to your first use of the Online Banking Services, you will establish your Login Credentials consisting of a User ID, Password, and Two-Factor Identification. We may require you to change your Login Credentials from time to time for security reasons. The Bank is entitled to act on the instructions received under your Password. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize the Login Credentials and do not write them down. You are responsible for keeping your Login Credentials and other account data confidential. You, as the individual who completed the enrollment process and/or signed the application, are considered the sole owner of the Online Banking Services account regardless of relationships on other accounts. As such, only you will be able to request that the Login Credentials be unlocked or reset. Anyone to whom you give your Login Credentials or other means of access will have the same access to your accounts as you do, even if you attempt to limit that person’s authority. For this reason, you should not disclose your Login Credentials to other persons. You are liable for all transactions that you may make or authorize, even if the person you authorize exceeds your authority. If you have given someone your Login Credentials or any other means of access and you want to terminate that person’s authority, you must change your Identification and Password or other means of access or take additional steps to prevent further access by such persons. Except as otherwise provided herein, First Bank will have no liability to you for any unauthorized payment or transfer made using your Password that occurs before you have notified us of possible unauthorized use and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notice. You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Mobile Devices, access number(s), password(s), security question(s) and answer(s), account number (s), login information, and any other security or access information, used by you to access the Online Banking Services (collectively, "Access Information"), and (ii) preventing unauthorized access to or use of the information, files or data that you store, transmit or use in or with the Service (collectively, "Account Information"). Identification and Password. Before Customer may use certain AWS online activation, enrollment, configuration and/or support services, an authorized representative of Customer must register with AWS and create a login identification (“ID”) and password. Use of this login ID and password will enable Customer and/or its employees and agents to make certain changes to Customer's and/or CRUs' account(s). Customer is solely responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, or any other codes that are created by Customer, or issued to Customer by AWS, for purposes of giving Customer access to activation, enrollment, configuration and support services. AWS will be entitled to rely on information it receives from Customer or its agents and may assume that all such information was submitted by or on behalf of Customer.

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Client identification 9.1. The Company has the right to require the Client to confirm his/her registration information specified when opening a trading account.   • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.

  • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • User Identification 6.2.5.1 Access to each Party’s corporate resources will be based on identifying and authenticating individual users in order to maintain clear and personal accountability for each user’s actions.
