Identification as a Non-Government Employee. I understand that as an employee of a government contractor, I represent an independent organization and I am not an agent of the Government. Therefore, I agree that unless I have prior written authorization from the CDC, I will, at the beginning of interactions with CDC employees, employees of other governmental entities, members of the public, or the media (when such communication or interaction relates to the contractor’s work with the CDC), identify myself as an employee of a contractor. I further agree to use the following identification procedures in connection with my work at the CDC:

  • Processing of Company Personal Data 2.1 Processor shall:

  • Employment of Unauthorized Aliens The employment of unauthorized aliens by the Grantee is considered a violation of Section 274A (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. If the Grantee knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such violation shall be cause for unilateral cancellation of this Agreement.

  • EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS PROHIBITED In accordance with §2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the Contractor must not during the performance of this Contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien, as that term is defined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.
