Identification of Parties. A.1 The Board of Education of the LaBrae Local School District, (hereinafter referred to as the Board), recognizes the LaBrae Teachers’ Association, an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association, Northeast Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association, (hereinafter referred to as the Association or the LTA), as the bargaining representative of the full-time and part-time certificated personnel employed by the Board excluding all administrators, aides and casual day-to-day substitutes.
