IDENTIFICATION OF ROADS. A list of roads and segments of roads which meet the criteria set forth in item 1a is agreed upon and is marked "Schedule A" and attached as part of this agreement. Schedule A may be modified from time to time by agreement between and U.S. Forest Service, by adding or removing roads or road segments, or by altering the description of a road or road segments, to give it proper identity. Each such modification shall be indicated by a revised Schedule A bearing the signatures of the parties or their authorized representatives and the effective date of the revision.

IDENTIFICATION OF ROADS. A list of roads and segments of roads which meet the criteria set forth in item 1a is agreed upon and is marked "Schedule A", or Attachment A of this agreement. Attachment A includes a list of the National Forest Service Roads (NFSRs) covered under the Schedule A agreement, and the joint road maintenance plans developed for each NFSR that the county is maintaining for the Forest Service to include comments and authorizations for NFS roads with current snowplowing agreements. Roads in Schedule A may be modified from time to time by agreement between the Cooperator and U.S. Forest Service, by adding or removing roads or road segments, or by altering the description of a road or road segments, to give it proper identity. Each such modification shall be indicated by a revised and signed Schedule A list and corresponding Joint Road Maintenance Plan and/or Snow Removal Agreement. The schedule A list, affected Joint Road Maintenance Plans and/or snowplowing agreements shall bear the signatures of the parties or their authorized representatives and the effective date of the revision.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.

  • Type and Jurisdiction of Organization, Organizational and Identification Numbers The type of entity of such Grantor, its state of organization, the organizational number issued to it by its state of organization and its federal employer identification number are set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN.
