IDENTIFY AIRFIELD DESIGN STANDARDS DEFICIENCIES. The Consultant will coordinate with the Airport to identify existing and future runway/taxiway critical aircraft and compare existing airfield facilities against the applicable FAA design standards and criteria set forth in current AC 150/5300.13A, Change 1, while taking into consideration draft advisory criteria currently in the FAA review process related specifically to the designation of critical aircraft. A design standards gap analysis will be prepared to identify deficiencies between existing conditions and design standards. The gap analysis will include an evaluation of the continued viability of existing Modifications to Standards identified on the current Airport Layout Plan. A draft Technical Memorandum presenting the gap analysis will be prepared for Airport review and, upon Airport direction, a final gap analysis will be prepared. Task Output: Draft and final Technical Memorandum presenting the design standards gap analysis (electronic submittal).
