IF VACATION IS CANCELED. If an employee’s scheduled vacation is canceled by the Company and the employee is not permitted to reschedule his vacation before the end of his vacation year because of production requirements, he shall receive vacation pay in lieu thereof, at his regular rate of pay in effect at the end of such vacation year, or he will be allowed to rollover the hours canceled by the Company to the following year.
