If You Move. You have the right to terminate this agreement at no cost if you move, but you must pay for your supply from us through the date you move. If you move outside the Utility’s service territory, this agreement will terminate automatically at no cost to you but you must pay for your supply from us through the date you move. If you move to a new address in a NOPEC member community within the Utility’s service territory, you may contact the Utility and Supplier and request that, at Supplier’s discretion, your new address be substituted for your old address under this agreement.

If You Move. If you move within Maryland, you may transfer this Agreement to your new Utility account provided that you provide us with advance written notice of your new utility account number and new address. You acknowledge and agree that there may be a delay between the time you move and the time the Utility may begin to allocate solar electricity to your new account. If you do not provide us with written notice of your new Utility account number your Agreement will terminate the same time you terminate your Utility account. You will continue to be responsible for all payment obligations incurred prior to such termination.
If You Move. If you move to another country, be sure to contact BENNINGTON Customer Assistance and the customs department of the destination country before you move. Boat importation rules vary considerably from country to country. You may be required to present documentation of your move to BENNINGTON in order to continue your warranty coverage. If you purchase a BENNINGTON boat from a private party, to be kept and used outside of the country in which the boat was originally purchased, all warranty coverage will be denied.
If You Move. If you are planning to move, contact your current Income Maintenance (IM) agency. If you move to a different county, you must also contact the IM agency in your new county to update your eligibility for BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid SSI. If you move out of [HMO Name’s] service area, call the HMO Enrollment Specialist at 1-800- 291-2002. The HMO Enrollment Specialist will help you choose a new HMO that serves your new area.

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true:

  • You will 3.4.1 perform all your obligations under the Contract, 3.4.2 follow our reasonable instructions, 3.4.3 provide us with up-to-date information, cooperation, support, and access, at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.4 provide us with office, information technology, and telecommunications facilities (including full remote access), at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.5 supply on an ongoing basis, at your cost, all space, power supply access points, cables, trunking, electricity, air conditioning and any other facility as may be defined following the site survey required to receive the Installation Service and the Service, and 3.4.6 keep full and up-to-date secure backup copies of the data on the Network in accordance with good industry practice, and 3.4.7 comply with and maintain compliance with all such laws and regulations that relate to their provision of telecommunications and other products or services supplied by us.

  • For Good Reason If terminated by Executive for Good Reason, upon written notice by Executive to Company that Executive is terminating Executive’s employment for Good Reason and that sets forth the factual basis supporting the Good Reason, which termination shall be effective 30 days after the date of such notice, or such earlier date as specified in writing by the Company in its sole discretion during such 30-day period. For the avoidance of doubt, such termination shall not constitute a termination for Good Reason if Company cures the conditions identified in Executive’s notice as provided in Section 3(d)(iii).

  • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Root Cause Analysis Upon Vendor's failure to provide the Services in accordance with the applicable Service Levels (for any reason other than a Force Majeure Event) Vendor will promptly (a) perform a root-cause analysis to identify the cause of such failure, (b) provide Prudential with a report detailing the cause of, and procedure for correcting, such failure, (c) obtain Prudential's written approval of the proposed procedure for correcting such failure, (d) correct such failure in accordance with the approved procedure, (e) provide weekly (or more frequent, if appropriate) reports on the status of the correction efforts, and (f) provide Prudential with assurances satisfactory to Prudential that such failure has been corrected and will not recur.
