Refusal to provide this information nullifies your rental and it will be returned to the rental facility. You will be charged the full rental amount to include delivery and any addons, any added expenses arising out of your rental. • Complete our Maine Slingshot Rental Agreement and Rental Checklist. • Complete an inspection of the vehicle and safety instruction we call ‘Slingshot and Safety Review’. All Rental drivers MUST also be present at rental time for mandatory Slingshot and Safety Review. No exceptions. PRIOR DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! • During operation of the vehicle, you must safely operate the vehicle, have knowledge of and abide by all Maine laws, permits, and restrictions. • Know your parking address at rental time and keep vehicle safe in ALL weather until returned to MSR.

  • You/Your means the person(s) (natural or corporate) investing money in the Bond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and includes their successors.

  • You or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.

  • School employee means (1) a teacher, substitute teacher, school administrator, school superintendent, guidance counselor, psychologist, social worker, nurse, physician, school paraprofessional or coach employed by a local or regional board of education or working in a public elementary, middle or high school; or (2) any other individual who, in the performance of his or her duties, has regular contact with students and who provides services to or on behalf of students enrolled in a public elementary, middle or high school, pursuant to a contract with the local or regional board of education.

  • Long Term Occasional Teacher means an Occasional Teacher who is employed for more than ten (10) consecutive instructional days as a replacement for one teacher.

  • Discipline means any action taken by a school district in response to behavioral violations.

  • Driver means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.

  • Municipal employee means any individual employed by a municipal employer other than an independent contractor, supervisor, or confidential, managerial or executive employee.
