You/Your means the person(s) (natural or corporate) investing money in the Bond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and includes their successors.
You or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.
your means the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting this Agreement, and Affiliates of that company or entity.
The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;
We "us" and "our" means Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company.
Badge means a form of identification issued by the Commission identifying a registrant or licensee.
me or "my" means each Borrower who signs this note and each other person or legal entity (including guarantors, endorsers, and sureties) who agrees to pay this note (together referred to as "us"). "You" or "your" means the Lender and its successors and assigns.
Employee means an employee of the Contractor directly engaged in the performance of work under the contract who has other than a minimal impact or involvement in contract performance.
School employee means (1) a teacher, substitute teacher, school administrator, school superintendent, guidance counselor, psychologist, social worker, nurse, physician, school paraprofessional or coach employed by a local or regional board of education or working in a public elementary, middle or high school; or (2) any other individual who, in the performance of his or her duties, has regular contact with students and who provides services to or on behalf of students enrolled in a public elementary, middle or high school, pursuant to a contract with the local or regional board of education.
Long Term Occasional Teacher means an Occasional Teacher who is employed for more than ten (10) consecutive instructional days as a replacement for one teacher.
Discipline means any action taken by a school district in response to behavioral violations.
Driver means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.
Municipal employee means any individual employed by a municipal employer other than an independent contractor, supervisor, or confidential, managerial or executive employee.
