Illegal Connections. The Service Provider shall take reasonable steps to reduce illegal connections. The Service Pro-vider shall prepare a draft Connection Regularization Plan within one year of the Effective Date and shall submit it to the Licensee for approval. The Licensee shall either approve the Connection Regularization Plan or either require changes made to it to ensure that it is in line with good util-ty practice. After approval, the Service Provider shall implement the Connection Regularization Plan. The parties shall comply with any additional provisions related to unregistered connections contained in the Schedules.

Illegal Connections. If, during the Problem Identification process or Verification of the Backup Solution, SD1 or the Qualified Plumber discovers any Illegal Connections, SD1 may notify the Property Owner that these Illegal Connections must be removed in accordance with SD1’s Sanitary Rules and Regulations. Labor and materials needed to remove Illegal Connections will not be considered Eligible Expenses.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property. B. Additionally, the Contractor shall notify the Judicial Council of any actual or contemplated renovations or other construction that will or may occur on or adjacent to the Property during the Program, no later than fourteen (14) Days from the time the Contractor learns of such renovation or construction activity. C. For any disturbance, renovation, or construction activity that is potentially or actually inconvenient or disruptive to the Program, upon the Judicial Council’s request, the Contractor shall: i. Immediately cause such disturbance to cease, if possible, or suspend or minimize construction or renovation on the Property, if necessary, in order to maintain a proper environment for the Program; and/or ii. Immediately provide equivalent alternate space on the Property, satisfactory to the Program Manager, conducive to conducting the Program in a proper environment. D. If the Contractor is unable to comply with the conditions set forth in this provision, the Judicial Council may terminate the Agreement pursuant to the termination for cause provision set forth herein.

If between the date of this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1, Target receives from a third party any offer or indication of interest regarding any Acquisition Transaction, or any request for information regarding any Acquisition Transaction, Target shall (i) notify Acquiror immediately (orally and in writing) of such offer, indication of interest or request, including the identity of such party and the full terms of any proposal therein, and (ii) notify such third party of Target's obligations under this Agreement.

  • PERMITTED USES AND DISCLOSURES BY CONTRACTOR Except as otherwise limited in this Schedule, Contractor may use or disclose Protected Health Information to perform functions, activities, or services for, or on behalf of, County as specified in the Agreement; provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the Privacy Rule if done by County.

  • Scope of Negotiations The obligation to bargain collectively means to negotiate at reasonable times and to execute a written contract incorporating the terms of any agreement reached.
