Illegal Connections. The Service Provider shall take reasonable steps to reduce illegal connections. The Service Pro- vider shall prepare a draft Connection Regularization Plan within one year of the Effective Date and shall submit it to the Licensee for approval. The Licensee shall either approve the Connection Regularization Plan or either require changes made to it to ensure that it is in line with good util- ity practice. After approval, the Service Provider shall implement the Connection Regularization Plan. The parties shall comply with any additional provisions related to unregistered connections contained in the Schedules

Illegal Connections. If, during the Problem Identification process or Verification of the Backup Solution, SD1 or the Qualified Plumber discovers any Illegal Connections, SD1 may notify the Property Owner that these Illegal Connections must be removed in accordance with SD1’s Sanitary Rules and Regulations. Labor and materials needed to remove Illegal Connections will not be considered Eligible Expenses.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS There are no budget implications. The applicant will be responsible for all costs, expenses, liabilities and obligations imposed under or incurred in order to satisfy the terms of this proposed development agreement.
