Illegal matter a. The Seller shall not be required to print any matter which in his opinion is or may be of an illegal or libellous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party.

Illegal matter. (a) Consider This UK Ltd shall not be required to print any matter which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal or libellous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party. (b) Consider This UK Ltd shall be indemnified by the Customer in respect of any claims costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any material printed for the Customer. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on a lawyer’s advice in settlement of any claim.
Illegal matter. Right Angle shall not be required to reproduce in any form matter which, in the opinion of Right Angle, is or may be of an illegal, defamatory or contentious nature. Right Angle shall be indemnified by the Client in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any such matter produced by Right Angle or the infringement of any industrial or intellectual property right.
Illegal matter. The Designer is not obliged to print any illegal or libelous matter and the Client agrees to indemnify the Designer against any claim relating to or arising from the printing of such matter.
