Illness And Disabilities. At the beginning of each school year the teacher shall be credited with ten (10) days of personal sick leave allowance to be used for absence caused by illness, disability, or doctor appointments of employee or his/her spouse, household dependents or parents. The unused portion of such allowance shall accumulate from year to year to a maximum of one hundred ten (110) days.
