Common use of ILLNESS LEAVE FOR SUPPORT STAFF Clause in Contracts

ILLNESS LEAVE FOR SUPPORT STAFF. An employee who is ill and has exhausted all sick days will be considered an active employee without pay for sixty (60) work days without the loss of entitlement to benefits such as vacations, years of service, and insurance. Insurance will be maintained at the employee’s current level of contribution for the duration of this leave.
