IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY FOR CERTAIN ITEMS. The following types of deposits will usually be available for withdrawal immediately: • Cash (if deposited in person to an employee of ours); Electronic direct deposits; • Wire transfers; and • The first $225 from the aggregate of all other deposits made in any given day. Cash and wire transfer deposits are subject to the Special Rules for New Accounts and the $225 availability is subject to the rule in the section titled Longer Delays May Apply.

If you made the deposit in person to one of our employees, funds from the following deposits will usually be available on the same business day of your deposit: • Cash; • Checks drawn on us; • State and local government checks payable to you; • Local payroll, cashier’s, certified, and xxxxxx’s checks payable to you; • Federal Reserve Bank checks and Federal Home Loan Bank checks payable to you; • U.S. Postal Money Orders, and traveler’s checks payable to you. Our general availability policy is to make the first $225 of your deposits available on the day of your deposit. The remaining funds will usually be available on the second business day after the day of your deposit. For example, if you deposit $900 in checks on Monday, $225 of the deposit is available on Monday. The remaining $675 is available on Wednesday.

However, the funds that you transfer by wire or ACH to your Credit Union account from your account at another institution cannot be wired out of your Credit Union account to a non- Credit Union account until the third business day after the day we receive the deposit.   • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Therapist Availability Therapist’s office is equipped with a confidential voice mail system that allows Patient to leave a message at any time. Therapist will make every effort to return calls within 24 hours (or by the next business day), but cannot guarantee the calls will be returned immediately. Therapist is unable to provide 24-hour crisis service. In the event that Patient is feeling unsafe or requires immediate medical or psychiatric assistance, he/she should call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Non-Availability of Funds Every obligation of the State under this Agreement is conditioned upon the availability of funds appropriated or allocated for the fulfillment of such obligations. If funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of this Agreement, this Agreement may be terminated by the State at the end of the period for which the funds are available. No liability shall accrue to the State in the event this provision is exercised, and the State shall not be obligated or liable for any future payments as a result of termination under this paragraph.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute grantee and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Xxxxxxx’s failure to perform any work in accordance with the terms of the Grant Agreement.
