Immediate Household. All individuals who are living at or doing business at the same residential address, and who are related by blood or marriage, or who are living together as a family unit or in a family-like setting. A household includes, but is not limited to, spouses, heads-of-household, and dependent family members residing in the same residence. LEVEL The layers of downline Market Partners in a particular Market Partner’s Marketing Organization. This term refers to the relationship of a Market Partner, relative to a particular upline Market Partner, determined by the number of Market Partners between them who are related by Sponsorship. For example if A sponsors B, who sponsors C, who sponsors D, who sponsors E; then E is on A’s fourth level. MARKETING ORGANIZATION The Market Partners sponsored below a particular Market Partner. OFFICIAL MONAT MATERIAL Literature, audio or video presentations, and other materials developed, printed, published and distributed by MONAT to Market Partners.
