Immediate Termination A party has the right to immediately terminate this agreement by notice in writing to the other party upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

Immediate Suspension 1. In the event the supervisor deems the employee's misconduct to be of a serious nature, the employee may be suspended immediately, with or without pay, from employment with the District until such charges are investigated, and a decision is made to continue or to discontinue the employment of that employee. If the employee is cleared of the charges, said employee shall be reinstated without loss of pay or accrued benefits.
Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

Termination with Immediate Effect 5.6 If the Secretary of State has cause to serve a notice on the Company under section 165 of the Education Xxx 0000 and a determination (from which all rights of appeal have been exhausted) has been made that the Academy shall be struck off the Register of Independent Schools, he may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Company such termination to take effect on the date of the notice. Employment Deemed Continuous The service of an employee who is absent from work in accordance with this article shall be considered continuous for the purpose of Articles 18 (Vacation Entitlement) and 25 (Health Care Plans). The Employer shall continue to make payments to Health and Welfare Plans, in the same manner as if the employee were not absent where the employee elects to pay his or her share of the cost of the plans.
Immediate Action Unless, in Developer’s reasonable judgment, immediate action is required, Developer shall obtain the consent of Connecting Transmission Owner, such consent to not be unreasonably withheld, prior to performing any manual switching operations at the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities in response to an Emergency State either declared by NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner or otherwise regarding New York State Transmission System.
Completion of Probationary Period An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for just cause.
